Lazatin cited for anti-corruption efforts

ANGELES CITY – The Anti-Corruption Civil Movement General Federation (ACCMGF) has appointed Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. as a "Person of Sincere Anti-Corruption Integrity".

ACCMGF, a member of the Union of International Association (UIA) which is also authorized by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, conferred to Mayor Lazatin a certificate of Anti-Corruption Integrity.

Deok Ho Weon, ACCMGF Permanent Representative, personally gave this to Mayor Lazatin.

The Angeles City Mayor said he was honored to receive this as he continues to advocate his fight against corruption.

The said movement is already composed of 300 associations acting in politics, public affairs, education, religion, media, national defense, social welfare, economics, public organization, and NGO.
