Lazatin fast tracks COS salary

Mayor Carmelo 'Pogi' Lazatin Jr. ordered to fast track the release of salary of Contract of Service (COS) personnel.

In memorandum no. 433, s-2019 issued by Mayor Lazatin, he instructed the City Human Resources and Management Office, City Budget Office, City Treasurer's Office, and City Accounting Office to finish the preparation of payrolls until September 3, 2019.

The memorandum further stated that COS personnel shall receive their salaries no later than September 6, 2019.
