3,000 Day Care students in AC to receive school supplies

ANGELES CITY - Some 3,000 Day Care students in 68 Day Care centers here will receive school supplies from the city government led by Mayor Carmelo "Pogi" Lazatin, Jr. beginning on September 25, 2024.

Mayor Lazatin will personally hand over the uniforms, shoes, books, notebooks, pencils, ballpens, and sets of pastel oil to the Day Care students.

"For the third time po, tayo ang mismong pupunta sa 68 Day Care centers para ipamigay po ang kanilang school gears and supplies," Lazatin said.

The preparation for the distribution was led by Lazatin's Chief Adviser IC Calaguas, alongside Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, ensuring that all logistical aspects and schedules are in place for a smooth implementation.

The initiative is part of Lazatin's priority programs, continuing efforts to support early childhood education and ensure that young students are well-equipped for their learning journey.

It is Mayor Lazatin who started in the city as well in the Pampanga province that a local government unit had distributed school supplies.

To recall, 2,213 Day Care students received new school supplies from the city government in 2023.
