Lazatin earmarks P10M for SRA of city health workers

ANGELES CITY – Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin, Jr. today ordered the city’s Local Finance Committee to set aside P10 million for the Special Risk Allowance (SRA) of the City Hall health workers.

Lazatin asked the Local Finance Committee composed of City Budget Office, City Accounting Office and City Treasurer’s Office, to compute and prepare the payroll for SRA of all health employees.

“This is our way of showing appreciation to our health employees in the city,” Lazatin said.

The grant of SRA is in accordance with the Administrative Order No. 28 released on April 6, 2020 issued by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

Earlier, Lazatin allotted P37 million for the hazard pay of all frontliners in the city government.
